PURPOSES OF THE PROCESSING

• To facilitate your full participation in the Digital Rehabilitation Campaign.
• To establish necessary communication with the data subject for the development of their participation in the project via electronic means, such as sending access credentials for participation in the project.
• For statistical purposes, information about your stroke condition or other brain-related complications, rehabilitation progress, and exercise participation will be used.

LEGAL BASIS

The legal basis for the processing of data is the consent of the data subject by accepting the Privacy Policy in accordance with Article 6.1(a) of the GDPR.

The user has the right to withdraw their consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on their consent before its withdrawal.

DATA COLLECTION

Data is collected from the information provided by the user through the website when accepting the Privacy Policy

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data will be processed as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Subsequently, it will only be processed to be made available to the competent Public Authorities, Judges, and Courts or the Public Prosecutor’s Office, to address possible liabilities related to data processing, in particular for the exercise and defense of claims before the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
